WordCamp Asia 2025 was an unforgettable experience, and I’m excited to share my journey as a sponsor this year. From meeting incredible people to showcasing our latest innovations, it was a few days packed with learning, networking, and pure WordPress enthusiasm.
The Visa Hurdle
This year’s event took place in the Philippines, and we originally planned to send six team members. Unfortunately, the visa situation didn’t work out for most of them, and I ended up being the only one who could attend. Since I already had a U.S. visa, I could enter on arrival, which made things a lot easier. But it really made me wish that international travel processes were smoother hopefully, next time, more of my team can join in!

Day One: Contribution Day
The first day was all about giving back. Contribution Day is one of my favorite parts of WordCamps, and this year was no exception. Seeing so many familiar faces, both old and new, working together to improve WordPress was inspiring.

It’s moments like these that remind me why the WordPress community is so special, it’s built by people who truly care about making the web better.

Meeting the Elementor Team
In the afternoon, I had the chance to sit down with Verdi and Miriam from the Elementor team. I gave them an exclusive demo of our new UiChemy version, and their feedback was incredibly valuable.
They shared some great insights on UI/UX improvements and how we can ensure smooth compatibility with future Elementor updates. It’s always great to connect with people who are as passionate about design and web creation as we are.
Catching Up with Rino
Right after that, I caught up with Rino, someone I’ve always admired for his deep understanding of web design. We’ve met at previous WordCamps, and his attention to detail never fails to impress me.

If you’re into Figma, WordPress, or web design in general, I highly recommend following his work, he consistently sets the bar high for design and user experience.
Exhibition Days: The Booth Buzz
Once the booth area opened, the energy skyrocketed. Days two and three were all about connecting with users, gathering feedback, and showcasing our products. It was amazing to:
- Introduce more people to UiChemy and show how it can speed up their workflow.
- Discuss WDesignKit and our vision of making web creation effortless.
- Catch up with existing customers of The Plus Addons for Elementor, our flagship product that so many in the community love.
- Get early feedback on Nexter and SproutUi from our beta agency partners.

Every conversation reinforced my passion for building tools that solve real-world problems for designers and developers. Hearing firsthand how our products are making a difference was the highlight of my trip.
And yes, our gifts and cool goodies were a hit, everyone absolutely loved them!
A Bit of an Adventure—And a Fracture!
Of course, no trip is complete without a little adventure. After a long day, I decided to go skating with some friends, just for fun. Well, it turns out, my fun ended with a fracture just above my ankle! Not exactly the kind of souvenir I had in mind, but hey, it’s a story I won’t forget. I guess WordCamp Asia 2025 will always be remembered as the event where I left with more than just great memories!

Looking Ahead: WordCamp Asia Mumbai 2026
With this year’s event wrapped up, I’m already looking forward to WordCamp Asia 2026 in Mumbai. Hopefully, visa and travel arrangements will be smoother so that more of my team (and yours!) can join. If you couldn’t make it this time, I highly encourage you to be there next year—it’s always worth it!
Until then, I’ll be busy finalizing product updates, implementing the amazing feedback I received, and preparing for even bigger launches. Stay tuned, there’s a lot coming your way!
Final Thoughts
WordCamp Asia 2025 was the perfect place to connect with the community, gather invaluable insights, and strengthen relationships with fellow WordPress enthusiasts. I’m beyond grateful for all the support and can’t wait to see how our ecosystem evolves in the coming months.
