Some moments can’t be planned on a calendar, they’re felt, lived, and remembered long after they pass.

PosiTales 2025 was one of those moments.

The Power of Being Together

We planned our annual meetup with one simple idea in mind:

To pause the deadlines, step out of our Zoom calls and Slack threads, and truly connect.

This year, over 60 team members from across India came together at the peaceful and beautiful Sajjan Bagh. From the moment we arrived, it didn’t feel like a company meetup, it felt like a family reunion.

For many, it was their first time meeting teammates in person.

For all of us, it was a reminder of why we started, what we’re building, and who we’re building it with.

The Moments That Made It Special

We did so many things, big and small, that stitched this experience into something unforgettable:

• Trekking as a Team: We hiked together, laughing, helping, challenging each other, the perfect metaphor for how we grow at POSIMYTH.

• Swimming Pool Fun: The pool wasn’t just for cooling down, it was full of laughter, splashes, and spontaneous bonding.
• The Dance Night: No hierarchy, no roles, just joy. Watching our developers, designers, marketers, and support heroes dance like no one’s watching was pure magic.
• Annual Award Ceremony: We celebrated wins, not just with trophies, but with stories. Every clap was a reminder of the silent efforts, midnight fixes, and above-and-beyond moments.
• Vision Talk & Planning Circles: Between the fun, we had deep discussions, about where we’re heading, what we want to build next, and how each of us plays a role in that.
• Team Bonding Activities: Games, breakout conversations, candid moments, all reminding us that trust and friendship are the real foundations of innovation.

My Talk as a Founder

I took a moment during the event to share what this all meant to me.

I spoke about our mission, to make web creation easy. A dream that’s powered by products like The Plus Addons for Elementor, UiChemy, NexterWP, WDesignKit, and more.

But more importantly, I spoke about the people, our people.

I shared stories of how far we’ve come. Of the nights we stayed up solving problems. Of the feedback we turned into features. Of the laughs and learnings that shaped us.

And I ended with something close to my heart:

“We’re not just building products, we’re building people who build. We’re here to grow together, not just as professionals, but as better human beings.”

What I Felt Deep Inside

As I looked around the room, faces lit with pride, eyes full of curiosity, hands clapping for each other, I felt something rare:

Gratitude.

Gratitude for this team that puts heart into every line of code, every design pixel, every support ticket, every content word.

Gratitude for the culture we’ve nurtured, one where ambition meets empathy.

Gratitude that we get to impact 500,000+ users around the world, not as a company, but as a team of dreamers.

Beyond Work, But Never Without Purpose

Yes, we danced. We trekked. We laughed till our stomachs hurt.

But behind all that, something deeper was happening:

We reconnected, with each other, and with our shared mission.

We left PosiTales 2025 with tired legs but recharged spirits, a stronger bond, and clarity on how we’ll shape the next chapter, together.
